Author - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Bushyev Vitaly Vasilyevich for more than half a century worked in the energy sector: in science, on a public field and in government bodies. Formed in the steps of Siberian FDI Energy (Novosibirsk, 1961-1989) as a scientist and head of system research of regimes, reliability and manageability of the Eastern Wing of the USSR EESP, it is in all areas of its future activities - as a People's Deputy and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Energy of the Supreme Council of the USSR (1989-1991), as the Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation (1992-1998) and at the same time as the Chairman of the UNECE Sustainable Energy Committee, and from 1998 to the present - as the General Director of the Institute of Energy Strategy And the chief scientific officer of the AII RAS always used the systematic approach to solving promising issues of energy development of Russia and the world. He was a coordinator and direct participant in the development of all conceptual and strategic documents that determined the decision of promising problems of sustainable energy development as the basis for the socio-economic development of the world and Eurasian civilization, incl. Energy Strategy of Russia (ES-2010, ES-2020, ES-2030 and the ES-2035 project), the doctrines of the energy security of Russia and its regions (1998 and 2013), as well as the Eurasian Energy Doctrine project (2012)
